Working Principle:
The high-speed rotation of the powerful motor of the laboratory homogenizer creates a vacuum between the rotor and stator, allowing materials to enter from the upper and lower parts of the rotor and stator. The powerful kinetic energy is transmitted to the rotor, generating high linear speed, which causes materials to undergo intense impact, crushing, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction, and strong shear between the rotor and stator gaps, then eject outward. Under the action of multiple directional forces, a strong turbulent flow is generated. The materials repeatedly undergo depolymerization, dispersion, homogenization, refinement, and shearing for a certain period of time with an appropriate amount of emulsifier and mature technology, resulting in a stable emulsion.

Designed specifically for pilot tests, simulated production, and small-batch production in factories, it is suitable for dispersion, emulsification, and homogenization of materials in industries such as biology, medicine, food, coatings, inks, textile auxiliaries, cosmetics, lubricants, and pesticides.
